Mim Conway, Executive Director

Mim Conway has more than 30 years of experience as a social worker, mostly with clients in poverty. She earned her Masters of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University in 1994. She developed and implemented a Parent Program for guardians of children expelled or suspended for Shaker Schools for the Shaker Heights Youth and Counseling Center. She has also been the Program Director for New Life Community, a housing and employment program for homeless families. This education, experience and love of the Dream On Kids proves her perfect for the position.
